Mouth watering Shimla Mirch Paneer Sabzi's recipe is so simple and easy....

INGREDIENTS (SERVINGS FOR 4) :
· Capsicum diced (shimla mirch chhotte tukro mein katte) – 250gms
· Onion sliced (lambe katte pyaz) – 2 medium sized
· Tomato chopped (barik katta tamatar) – 2 small
· Cottage cheese diced (paneer) – 150gms
· Brown mustard seeds (rai dana)- half teaspoon
· Red Chilli powder (degi mirch)- one-fourth teaspoon
· Turmeric powder (haldi powder) – one-fourth teaspoon
· Coriander powder (dhaniya powder)- half teaspoon
· Dry mango powder (amchoor powder)- one-fourth teaspoon
· Garam masala- one-fourth teaspoon
· Salt – as per taste
· Refined oil – 2-3spoons
HOW TO MAKE :
- · Take oil in deep frying pan/kadhai, add rai dana and let it crackle
- · Add sliced onion and fry till it turns light in shade/translucent
- · Add tomatoes and cover with lid on slow flame, so that tomato softens
- · Add haldi powder, degi mirch, dhaniya powder, amchoor, salt and mix well
- · Saute for 30 seconds and stir in between to avoid burning of masala from bottom of the pan
- · Add diced capsicum and mix well. Cover pan with lid and cook it on slow flame
- · Occasionally stir it to avoid burning and again cover it with lid
- · Cook till capsicum turns tender.
- · Fry it stirring continuously till extra wetness evaporates
- · Now add diced paneer and sprinkle garam masala and mix well and cook for 1-2minutes stirring continuously.
·Serve hot with hot paranthas :)
