- Dry coriander seeds (Sabut sookha dhaniya)- 1 cup
- Dry coconut powdered (boora nariyal)- 1cup
- Sugar powdered (boora cheeni)- 1 and half cup
- Desi ghee - 2 big spoons
METHOD TO PREPARE:
- Take a deep broad thick vessel (kadhai) and roast dhaniya on slow flame, stirring simultaneously in order to avoid burning
- Roast it till it turns brown
- Turn off flame and let dhaniya cool for few minutes
- Grind it to fine powder in grinder
- Place kadhai on slow flame and add 2 big spoons desi ghee and add powdered dhaniya, boora nariyal and boora cheeni and mix it well. Turn off flame and leave prasad till it cools down.
- Prasad is ready for bhog. Wish you all HAPPY JANAMASHTMI :-)
