Quick & Easy tummy filling Macaroni, Sweet Corn Kernels and Green Peas tossed in garlic
butter.
INGREDIENTS: (serves
2-3)

Macaroni boiled (ubaali huyi macroni)–
1 cup
·
Green peas (harre matar ke daane)– half cup
·
Sweet corn (frozen) - ¾ cup
·
Red tomato diced without pulp (chhote
tukro mein katta lal tamatar bina gudde ke)- ½ cup
·
Amul butter- 2 big spoons
·
Garlic flakes (lehsun ki kaliya)- 2
·
Lime juice (nimbu ka ras)- 2 big
spoons
·
Salt to taste (namak swaad anusaar)
HOW TO MAKE:
·
Boil water in a pan and add green
peas and let it boil for 2-3minutes (make sure peas are not overcooked). Sieve
and strain it through cold water. (by doing this color and crunchiness of peas
can be retained).

Similarly put frozen sweet corn
kernels in hot water for 2 minutes and sieve it.
·
Take a pan and add butter n crushed
garlic and sauté till garlic turns little brown and remove garlic from the
butter as flavor is already infused in the butter.
·
Now remove pan from the flame and add
corns and mix well. Then add green peas, macaroni, tomato and little salt and
lime juice and toss well.
Yes… it ready.. corny
peas macroni tastes best at room temperature.
