Crunchy, tummy filling healthy snack to relish, with no guilt feeling. And guess what! recipe is too easy. So let me share how easy it is..

- Wheat flour (gehu ka atta) - 1 cup (keep some extra wheat flour for rolling)
- Turmeric powder (pissi huyi haldi) - 1/4 tbsp
- Cumin seeds (jeera) - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste (namak swaad anusar)
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Water - to kneed dough
HOW TO MAKE :
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and kneed a soft dough using enough water
- Cover this bowl with a lid and let dough rest for 15-20 minutes
- Take a small portion of dough and roll it into thin roti using dry wheat flour
- Heat non stick tawa , place this roti on it. (Keep flame slow)
- Cook on both sides, use cotton cloth or wooden khakhra press to let khakhra turn super crisp
- Remove from tawa and let it cool completely. Store in an air-tight container.
- Can be stored for 10-12 days.
It is delicious and tastes best with mango chutney.
