DHANIYA PRASAD




Friends you all must be waiting for Janamashtmi's midnight to have dhaniya prasad...
This time lets prepare this prasad at home for Bhog and get blessed from Shree Krishna.....

INGREDIENTS:
  • Dry coriander seeds (Sabut sookha dhaniya)- 1 cup
  • Dry coconut powdered (boora nariyal)- 1cup
  • Sugar powdered (boora cheeni)- 1 and half cup
  • Desi ghee - 2 big spoons
METHOD TO PREPARE:
  • Take a deep broad thick vessel (kadhai) and roast dhaniya on slow flame, stirring simultaneously in order to avoid burning
  • Roast it till it turns brown
  • Turn off flame and let dhaniya cool for few minutes
  • Grind it to fine powder in grinder
  • Place kadhai on slow flame and add 2 big spoons desi ghee and add powdered dhaniya, boora nariyal and boora cheeni and mix it well. Turn off flame and leave prasad till it cools down.
  • Prasad is ready for bhog. Wish you all HAPPY JANAMASHTMI  :-)
