BUTTER MAGGI


MAGGI............ :-) (Hey you smiled... Means... Kuch Yaad Aaya)... ??????!!!!!!
 So many memories attached with steaming hot bowl of MAGGI.... Haina...!!!!!!!!
Well about my memories....
 As a kid, i remember first plate of MAGGI for me was made by my Dadima...
School days... MAGGI in my lunchbox once a month...
College days (MBA)... a single plate of MAGGI and lot many forks....
At home with friends... moving to kitchen at 1:30a.m or 2a.m. to prepare MAGGI... :-)

LETS HAVE A STEAMING HOT BOWL OF BUTTER MAGGI  :-)  WITH A DOLLOP OF BUTTER :-)  
MAGGI MAKHAN MAAR KE :-D

Ingredients:

  • Maggi- 2cakes
  • Green Capsicum Sliced - 1/4th cup
  • Red Bell Pepper Sliced - 1/4th cup
  • Onion Sliced - 1/4th cup
  • Butter (Amul) - 2-3 spoons
  • Red chilli powder (lal mirch pissi huyi)- 1/4th teaspoon
How to make:
  • Take a spoon of butter in a pan and add onions, green capsicum and red bell pepper and saute for 10-15 seconds (so that vegetables remain bit crunchy) and remove it and keep aside in some bowl
  • In same pan add 3 cups of water and add maggi, maggi masala, red chilli powder and cook it till water reduces to half (salt not required as we used salted butter)
  • Add vegetables kept aside and mix well and now let maggi cooked properly, till all water is evaporated
Add a dollop of butter on steaming hot Maggi and see the butter melting n mixing with your tempting MAGGI...........  :-)
