TANGY SPICY PASTA

JINGLE BELL JINGLE BELL JINGLE ALL THE WAY........ HERE WE BRING TANGY SPICY PASTA FOR YOU TO CELEBRATE THIS CHRISTMAS DAY.........  :-)



Ingredients:
  • Pasta/ Macroni (Bombino)- 1 cup
  • Finely sliced Green Capsicum (patli lambi katti hari shimla mirch)- 1/4th cup
  • Finely sliced Red Bell Pepper (patli lambi katti lal shimla mirch)- 1/4th cup
  • Finely sliced Onion (patla lamba katta pyaaz)- 1/4th cup
  • Tomato puree (pisse huye lal tamatar) - 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup- 2 spoons
  • Finely chopped garlic (barik katta lehsun)- half spoon
  • Processed cheese - 1 cube
  • Red chilli pepper (degi lal mirch)- 1/4th teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder (kali mirch pissi huyi)- 1/4th teaspoon
  • Refined oil- 4 spoons
  • Salt to taste
How to Make:

  • Boil 3-4 cups of water and add macroni/pasta and add 1 spoon oil and half teaspoon salt 
  • Cook until macroni/pasta is cooked and sieve and pour cold water, to avoid sticking
  • Take a pan and add oil and add garlic and saute till it turns light golden brown
  • Add onion slices, green and red capsicum and saute for 1 minute stirring regularly and remove and keep aside in some bowl
  • Use same pan and add tomato puree and saute it till tomato puree turns deep red in color, then add tomato ketchup, salt and red chilli powder and black pepper powder and mix well
  • Add onion, capsicum and macroni and grate processed cheese and toss well
Garnish with processed cheese flakes.... and serve hot
