VEG. CORN SANDWICH

Vegetable Corn Sandwiches are all time favorites....  :)

And believe me... making these sandwiches is tooo easy. Here is the recipe for you all..



INGREDIENTS: (For 4-6 sandwiches)

  • Sweet corn kernels (frozen)- 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped green capsicum (bareek katti huyi hari shimla mirch) - 1/4th cup
  • Finely chopped carrot (bareek katti gajar) - 1/4th cup
  • Finely chopped onion (bareek katta pyaaz)- 1/4th cup
  • Mayonnaise (eggless)- 2 big spoon
  • White bread slices - 4-6
  • Tomato ketchup-  2 spoons
  • Black pepper powder (peesi huyi kali mirch)- 1/4th teaspoon
  • Salt (namak)- to taste
  • Refined oil- 2 spoons
HOW TO MAKE:


  • Defrost sweet corn kernels. 
  • Take a big bowl and mix sweet corn kernels, chopped capsicum, onion, carrot, mayonnaise, black pepper and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • Take a slice of bread and apply little tomato ketchup on one slice.
  • Evenly spread the heap full of veg. corn mayonnaise mixture, and cover it with other slice.
  • Heat griddle(tava) and lightly grease it with refined oil and let the sandwich get crisp from both of the sides on lower to medium flame. (Do not press sandwich much)
Cut it into two halves and serve hot .....Enjoy :) :)
