BROCCOLI BELL PEPPER SALAD

Packed with Vitamins, A Feast for the Eyes, Amazing Taste & a Very Quick Recipe....... Is there anything else that can give you a reason to shift to the healthy diet??



INGREDIENTS (Serves 2)
  • ·         Broccoli (cut into florets)- 500 gms (tukro mein katti huyi)
  • ·         Diced Red Bell Pepper (Tukro mein katti huyi lal Shimla mirch)- 1 big size
  • ·         Diced Yellow Bell Pepper (Tukro mein katti peeli Shimla mirch)- 1 big size
  • ·         Baby corns (cut each of them in length in 4 parts)– 6-7 (lambai mein har baby corn ko 4 bhago mein kaat lein)
  • ·         Olive oil- 1 spoon
  • ·         Dry mixed herbs crushed- 1/4 teaspoon
  • ·         Salt – to taste   


HOW TO MAKE
  • ·         Take a non stick pan/ kadhai and heat 1 big spoon of olive oil
  • ·         Add baby corns and broccoli and saute little for 1 minute and place lid over the pan and let it be little soft for almost 1 minute on slow to medium flame
  • ·         Remove lid and add both red and yellow bell peppers and toss well
  • ·         Place lid again for next 1 minute on slow to medium flame
  • ·         Remove lid and check if these vegetables are little soft but should be crunchy, then put off the flame.
  • ·         Sprinkle salt and dry mixed herbs and toss well

Let this salad rest for 2 minutes, so that herbs fragrance and flavour infuses well into the salad. Serve warm 😊
Note: You can also add zucchini, mushrooms, as per your choice
