Chaai piyoge.......???????
In summers you think for a while.... But in Winters or Rainy Season... You say YES in no time... and if it is MASALA TEA.... Wow......!!!!!!!!
This Masala is actually a base.... with this Masala you can add Ginger(Adrak) or Tulsi (Holy Basil Leaves) along with as per your choice..
Come... lets learn how to make this Masala at home
Ingredients:
- Green Cardamom (Hari Chhoti elaichi) - 15-20
- Black Cardamom (Moti kali elaichi) - 5-8
- Cinnamon (Dalchini) - 5-6sticks (2inch)
- Clove (Laung)- 8-10
How to make Masala:
- Spread whole spices in place in sunlight for 1 hr (to remove its moisture) / or put it in a dry pan and keep stirring it on slow flame for 1-2min maximum to make spices bit crisp
- Grind the spices in powder (if little outer cover of elaichi is left in grinding, let it be there), and keep this masala in a airtight bottle/jar.
While water boiling add half 1/4th teaspoon masala for one cup tea.... (can add adrak or tulsi a as per your liking)
SO ITS TIME FOR HEALTHY MASALA TEA......

DeleteThanks for sharing this quick recipe. I will definitely try it. As mentioned by someone, now I can have something which is tasty and healthy (a very rare combination). Talking about health, I think one can try green tea as well. They are rich in essential nutrients and has a lot of health benefits as well. Halmari Tea is my only choice when it comes to green tea.
