TAVA BREAD PIZZA


Hey friends.... the time you are hungry, you simply want something yummy for your tummy... Haina????
So its time to have veg tava bread pizza.... a Nutritious snack for you....


(Tava means flat disc shaped griddle)



INGREDIENTS:
  • Brown bread/white bread slices
  • Chopped onion (bareek katta pyaz)- 2 medium sized
  • Chopped capsicum (bareek katti shimla mirch)- 2 medium sized
  • Chopped carrot (bareek katti gajar)- 2 medium sized
  • Chopped green beans (bareek katti hari lobiya faliyaan) - 6-8
  • Semolina (sooji)- 3-4 big spoons
  • Cream/Malai- 4-5 big spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper - half teaspoon
  • Refined oil- to grease tava

METHOD:
  • Take a bowl and mix all chopped vegetables and add semolina, cream, salt and black pepper and mix well
  • Check consistency of spread should not be very thick/dry or very liquid
  • Now spread mixture evenly on one side of bread slice with help of spoon.
  • Heat nonstick or plain tava, and grease it with refined oil
  • Place plain side of bread on tava on slow flame and let it be little crisp
  • Now turn the side of bread and press it with help of spatula/palta till the time mixture sticks to the bread slice
  • You can sprinkle drops of refined oil on side of slice in case mixture sticks to tava.
  • Once it is crisp, remove the slice and cut it into two pieces and serve hot with tomato ketchup
